Noah earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. During law school, he developed a strong passion for transactional law through practical experience as a Student Attorney at the Business and Community Law Clinic, where he advised small business owners and entrepreneurs on a wide range of legal matters. Noah also gained valuable exposure to corporate legal affairs while externing with Wayne State’s Office of the General Counsel, further honing his expertise in business law.
