Harvey’s practice emphasizes his understanding and mastery of the intricacies of business law. He has extensive experience in the areas of business litigation, franchise law, and business torts, and is well respected for his legal abilities in those areas of law. Franchise disputes are most central to his practice as is civil, commercial and personal litigation.
Local decision-making in a corporate environment is also a specialty, having served as counsel for automotive related local businesses. Harvey is also available to serve as a private arbitrator in all areas of litigation.
Harvey received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Michigan. He then attended Michigan State University College of Law (then Detroit College of Law), where he was an associate editor of the Law Review and graduated cum laude.
